CJP Delhi : Saurav Das et Ashutosh Ranka envoyés en prison après une tentative à Jantar Mantar

Ils sont accusés d'avoir violé les conditions de leur caution et d'une nouvelle infraction à la section 163 du BNSS. Despite prohibitions and strict directives, two CJP spokespersons—Sourav Das and Ashutosh Ranka—have now been sent to Tihar Jail for five days on charges of attempting to enter Delhi's Jantar Mantar. Both are accused of violating bond conditions and are also charged with a repeat violation of Section 163 of the BNSS.
