Hisanori Kobayashi, président de troisième génération de l'entreprise de tôlerie de précision Coprec à Kakegawa, dans la préfecture de Shizuoka, présente le projet « Être fier de l'usine » lors de TEDxHamamatsu. Ce projet vise à créer un nouveau standard dans l'industrie manufacturière en favorisant la transformation des lieux de travail grâce à l'investissement dans les personnes. 【 工場を、誇ろう 】 小林永典 Factory Pride Catalyst 1977年生まれ。静岡県掛川市出身。 精密板金加工会社コプレックの三代目社長。モノづくりの現場に人的投資による変革を促し、製造業の新たなスタンダードをつくるプロジェクト「工場を、誇ろう。」を推進。 信条は「モノをつくる人のプライドを高め、掛川から製造業の地位をポジティブに上げていく」 一般社団法人Factory Pride Association（FPA）代表理事。 Born in 1977 and originally from Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Kobayashi Hisanori is the third-generation president of Coprec, a precision sheet metal fabrication company. He leads “Be Proud of the Factory,” a project that seeks to create a new standard in manufacturing by promoting workplace transformation through investment in people. His guiding belief is to “raise the pride of those who make things and, from Kakegawa, help elevate the status of manufacturing in a positive way.” He also serves as Representative Director of the Factory Pride Association (FPA).
