Leadership is not just about holding a position or having authority; it begins with everyday actions and choices. This talk explores how high school students can demonstrate leadership through responsibility, kindness, teamwork, and initiative. It highlights how small acts of courage and positive influence can inspire others and create meaningful change within the school community. I am a curious and confident Grade 6 student with a growing passion for public speaking, ideas, and meaningful conversations. This is my first TEDx experience, and I am excited to step onto the stage and share my thoughts with an audience. I enjoy expressing my ideas, asking questions, and exploring new perspectives. With a keen interest in learning and a willingness to speak up, I believe that even young voices can inspire others and create a positive impact. Through this TEDx journey, I hope to learn, connect, and encourage others to think differently.
