Sierra Grandy, avocate neurodivergente et handicapée, partage son expérience vécue du rétablissement en santé mentale pour expliquer la neurodiversité aux personnes, aux organisations et aux entreprises. Elle aborde la réduction du capacitisme et la création d'environnements où les personnes handicapées et neurodivergentes peuvent s'épanouir. Sierra uses her lived experience as a neurodivergent, disabled person in long-term mental health recovery to help people, organizations, and workplaces understand neurodiversity and mental health recovery, reduce ableism, and build environments where everyone, especially disabled and neurodivergent people, has a chance to thrive. Sierra Grandy is a nationally recognized neurodiversity educator, disability rights advocate, mental health recovery public speaker, attorney, and founder of Questify Your Life LLC: a Multimedia Storytelling Studio & Creative Guild that helps Adventures make quests out of their lives. Additionally, Sierra is an avid volunteer and leader in her community, with leadership roles within the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the Minnesota State Advisory Council on Mental Health, and the Minnesota Disability Bar Association.
