Elizabeth Garland is an international composer, performer, educator, and performance coach who has performed at the World Composers Concert in Vienna, served as artist-in-residence at the Santa Fe Art Institute, and won honors including First Prize in the Unsigned Only Instrumental Competition. Her writing appears in the bestselling Power of Why series. Drawing on her own journey from stage fright to Vienna's concert halls, Elizabeth's talk challenges what sensitive, introverted performers are typically told about confidence — and introduces a different way forward she calls Superpresence.
