किशोरों से अक्सर उम्मीद की जाती है कि उनके पास भविष्य की स्पष्ट योजना हो, फिर भी कई लोग अपने करियर के विचार बार-बार बदलते हैं। TEDxSMPI Al Abidin Surakarta Youth की इस वार्ता में नौवीं कक्षा के छात्र हगन ज़वैर केवंदियानो सभी उत्तर पास न होने के साथ बड़े होने पर हास्यपूर्ण और ईमानदार नज़रिया रखते हैं। वे बचपन के सपनों, शुरुआती असफलताओं, हाई स्कूल के दबाव और भविष्य के चुनावों की बात करते हैं। वे एक व्यावहारिक कदम के रूप में '1-घंटे का नियम' भी सामने रखते हैं।

According to ID cards, we are teenagers; according to parents, we need a five-year plan; but for many of us, career plans change every single Monday. In this engaging and relatable talk, explore the humorous and honest reality of growing up without having it all figured out—from childhood dreams of becoming an ice cream man and failing at YouTube gaming, to the overwhelming pressure of high school and future choices. Discover why teenage years aren't about having all the answers, but about daring to try, gathering questions, and embracing the journey of self-discovery through practical steps like the 1-Hour Rule. Haggan Zavair Kevandiano is an ninth- grade student at SMPI Al-Abidin Surakarta in Qatar class. His future goal is to become a Surgeon. He really enjoys sports and trying new things.
