I’M BACK! While I was gone - and as expected in this US election year - politicians went truly batsh*t crazy in the name of “protecting life” (translation: stripping away abortion rights). Of all the insanity, Arizona may have taken the cake with the AZ Supreme Court’s attempted resurrection of a total abortion ban from 1864 - nearly 50 years before Arizona was even a state. Let’s talk about what happened and hear from a person who is uniquely positioned to educate us - Senator Eva Burch, a nurse practitioner and state senator from Arizona who herself needed abortion care for a wanted pregnancy just three weeks before the AZ Supreme Court’s decision. 00:00 Intro 00:47 Overview of AZ's Law 04:24 Introducing Sen.
