Akhilesh Gupta is Director of AI Solutions at Altir and an alumnus of SDA Bocconi Asia Center. In his talk, Akhilesh reflects on how changing the lens through which he measured success enabled some of the biggest pivots in his career. Moving across dramatically different industries, he explores how people, experiences and the metrics we choose can reshape our perspective, challenge familiar definitions of progress and open the door to reinvention. His story reminds us that sometimes meaningful change begins not by changing where we are, but by changing what we choose to see and measure.
