* (Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) Baltimore, Maryland — On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at approximately 6:15 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were in a store in the 3600 block of Belair Road when they observed an adult male, later identified 37-year-old Dwight Hawkins, who they believed to be armed. Officers saw Hawkins exit the store and began to follow him. Hawkins began to run from the officers. Officers gave the man multiple commands. As Hawkins continued to run, he pulled out a handgun, coming in close proximity to one of the officers. Two officers fired their service weapons, striking Hawkins. Officers rendered emergency medical aid until emergency medical services (EMS) arrived on scene. Hawkins was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. No officers were injured during the incident. A handgun was recovered near Hawkins. Police said that Hawkins was prohibited from owning a firearm and was also known to police officers from his "lengthy arrest record,". There were at least 16 rounds fired, but it's unclear if Hawkins fired his weapon or not. 🚨𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑙 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑥𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑜𝑐𝑢𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑙𝑦𝑠𝑖𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑝𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑙𝑦 𝑎𝑣𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑠. ⚠️𝑉𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑎𝑑𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑑𝑢𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡.⚠️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Based Asuka' - 'The Evil Queen' - Benjamin Osgood - Gary Wilson - LJ - Chase - Tavia Shields - Edward Aquino - Brianna Wilkins - Eian Smith - brandon - William - Hunter - Cammy - Elisabeth Craig - Bobby Roach - Sarin Dipity - Becky Hopkins - thomas - Cody Stephens - Troy Polansky - Tulla Belle - 'quadrakyiro' - Scott Mackin - "John B.
