* (Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) Daytona Beach, Florida — On March 12, 2026, just after midnight, a Daytona Beach police officer encountered a 27-year-old man reportedly holding an open container of alcohol in public, which violates a local city ordinance. According to authorities, the officer instructed the man to dispose of the drink or face arrest. Instead of pouring it out himself, the man handed the bottle to the officer and turned as if to leave. Police say the situation escalated at that moment, alleging the man threw the bottle’s cork at the officer, prompting officers to move in and detain him. Video released later shows the officer taking the man to the ground as additional officers arrived to assist. Once on the pavement, the man was placed in handcuffs, but the confrontation did not end there. Officials say the suspect continued to resist and grabbed at an officer, while bystander footage appears to show him already restrained when strikes were delivered. Officers also deployed a Taser during the struggle, according to reports. The arrest ultimately led to charges including battery on a law enforcement officer in addition to the open container violation. City officials confirmed that the officer involved has been reassigned away from patrol duties while an internal review examines the incident. 🚨𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑙 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑥𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑜𝑐𝑢𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑙𝑦𝑠𝑖𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑝𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑙𝑦 𝑎𝑣𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑠. ⚠️𝑉𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑎𝑑𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑑𝑢𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡.⚠️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'MrGiggles-.' - Lillian Daley - Tyrell Robertson - christine Grinter - 'Based Asuka' - 'The Evil Queen' - Benjamin Osgood - Gary Wilson - LJ - Edward Aquino - Brianna Wilkins - Eian Smith - brandon - William - Hunter - Cammy - Elisabeth Craig - Bobby Roach - Sarin Dipity - Becky Hopkins - thomas - Cody Stephens - Troy Polansky - Tulla Belle - 'quadrakyiro' - Scott Mackin - "John B.
