He references Solomon Asch's famous conformity experiment to demonstrate how group pressure leads people to ignore their own perceptions just to fit in. Max warns that constantly trying to align with social trends and others' expectations can distance us from who we truly are and stifle creativity. He invites the audience to view authenticity not as something to hide, but to celebrate, reminding us that the most meaningful experiences and world-changing ideas come from challenging expectations rather than following them.
