A pergunta que sua dieta nunca fez | Dra. Nalini Chandraiah | TEDxGCEM
Os ciclos de perder peso e recuperá-lo costumam ser atribuídos à falta de força de vontade. Nesta palestra do TEDxGCEM, a Dra.

Why do so many people find themselves caught in a cycle of losing weight, gaining it back, and starting all over again? What if the problem was never simply a lack of willpower? Dr. Nalini Chandraiah challenges the way we think about dieting. Drawing from her talk, she explores how stress, sleep, cravings, our everyday environment, and the connection between our gut and brain influence the way we eat. She highlights why our relationship with food goes beyond calories and why understanding the reasons behind our eating habits can be more meaningful than constantly trying to control them. Because lasting change begins not by fighting our bodies, but by understanding what they are trying to tell us. You don't have to fight your body to change it. You can learn to understand it. Dr. Nalini Chandraiah is a Holistic Life Coach, Mindset & Subconscious Transformation Coach, Manifestation & Energy Practitioner and Author. An engineer by education and former IT professional, she spent 11 years in the corporate world before transforming her own life and pursuing holistic transformation. Today, she helps individuals create lasting change by addressing mindset, subconscious patterns, emotions, identity, and energy alongside physical well-being. Her philosophy, “You are the creator of your life” encourages people to consciously take ownership of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She has received an Honorary Doctorate from the World Human Rights Protection Commission (WHRPC) in Holistic Life Coaching, along with recognitions including the Emerging Unicorn Award 2025, Varshada Kannadiga Award 2025, and Terrific Talkmaster 2025.
