An exploration on why the future of work is not about humans versus AI but about humans collaborating with intelligent machines—and how today's generation can prepare to thrive in that future. DR. Yohanes Kurnia Widjaja, S.T, M.M.S.I is the founder of World Robot Games and CEO of Sekolah Robot Indonesia. In his talk, "The Generation That Will Work Alongside AI Robots." He draws from his journey of building Indonesia's AI and humanoid robotics ecosystem and explores how the next generation can thrive by collaborating with intelligent machines rather than competing against them. "The future won't be built by humans alone. It will be built by humans who know how to work with intelligent machines." This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
