Dominic “Doc” Ligot is a technologist and entrepreneur recognized as a leading voice in AI in the Philippines. He is the founder of CirroLytix and Data & AI Ethics PH, and serves on the board of the Philippine Artificial Intelligence Business Association as Director for AI Ethics and Data Governance.
