What if the most powerful force shaping our future isn't talent, luck, or even intelligence, but compounding? This talk explores how taking small decisions, repeated consistently over time, creates extraordinary outcomes. Drawing from the worlds of investing, business, and human behaviour, he shares an ideology about saving consistently. The unfinished equation of success, he argues, is solved not through dramatic breakthroughs but through small actions that build into transformative results. Gajendra Kothari is a prominent Indian personal finance expert, CFA charter holder, financial literacy campaigner, and the Managing Director & CEO of Etica Wealth, a Mumbai-based wealth management firm. He is widely recognized in the fintech media space by his moniker "One Idiot"—a title inspired by IDFC's iconic 2012 financial literacy short film—which reflects his personal mission to simplify wealth creation for everyday retail investors. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
