Oriente-se pelo orgulho da fábrica | Hisanor Kobayashi | TEDxHamamatsu

Hisanori Kobayashi, presidente de terceira geração da Coprec, empresa de fabricação de chapas metálicas de precisão em Kakegawa, na província de Shizuoka, apresenta no TEDxHamamatsu o projeto «Be Proud of the Factory». A iniciativa busca criar um novo padrão na manufatura ao promover a transformação dos ambientes de trabalho por meio do investimento nas pessoas. A palestra também trata de seu papel como diretor-representante da Factory Pride Association.

【 工場を、誇ろう 】 小林永典 Factory Pride Catalyst 1977年生まれ。静岡県掛川市出身。 精密板金加工会社コプレックの三代目社長。モノづくりの現場に人的投資による変革を促し、製造業の新たなスタンダードをつくるプロジェクト「工場を、誇ろう。」を推進。 信条は「モノをつくる人のプライドを高め、掛川から製造業の地位をポジティブに上げていく」 一般社団法人Factory Pride Association（FPA）代表理事。 Born in 1977 and originally from Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Kobayashi Hisanori is the third-generation president of Coprec, a precision sheet metal fabrication company. He leads “Be Proud of the Factory,” a project that seeks to create a new standard in manufacturing by promoting workplace transformation through investment in people. His guiding belief is to “raise the pride of those who make things and, from Kakegawa, help elevate the status of manufacturing in a positive way.” He also serves as Representative Director of the Factory Pride Association (FPA).
