Keina Kubo is a vinegar-life researcher living in Yukinoura, Saikai City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Finding commonalities between making vinegar and building a community, she thoughtfully shares how the town of Yukinoura is coming to life, touching upon several key points. Listening to her words will make us re-realize the importance of connecting with people. 実家は長崎県西海市の川添酢造。幼い頃から酢屋で働く祖父母や両親を見て育ち、自然とお酢の世界に入る。五代目の兄と弟とともに、お酢、味噌、麹、甘酒などをつくりながら、食育講座を担当。多くの保育園や幼稚園、自治体や子育てサークルなどで味噌作りを通して食の大切さを伝えている。 また、「お酢生活研究家」として、お酢の魅力をテレビや本などで発信中。 地域活動にも精力的に取り組み、2024年の「雪浦ウィーク」では実行委員会会長を務め、ふるさと魅力を発信し、子どもたちが輝けるまちを目指している。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
