Northern Ireland has introduced the UK's first ever graduated driving licences, bringing in the biggest change for new drivers in decades. The new rules will affect when you drive, how you drive and who you drive with. The measures are designed to reduce the number of young people killed or seriously injured on Northern Ireland's roads. Supporters argue the reforms will save lives and improve road safety. Young people argue that it limits their independence and won’t affect everyone equally. BBC Journalist Jake Wood travels across Northern Ireland to meet the people affected and asks whether graduated driving licences are the answer to making the roads safer.
