An Phan Minh | TEDxWellspring Saigon School Youth

In her compelling TEDx talk, Minh An Phan addresses the growing "epidemic of nonchalance"—a cultural shift where apathy is mistaken for composure and caring deeply is seen as a liability. She unpacks how guarding ourselves behind indifference stifles authentic human connection, empathy, and personal fulfillment. Ultimately, Phan offers a powerful challenge to dismantle this emotional defense mechanism and reclaim the courage it takes to care.
