In Change One Card. Change Your Life., John Criger uses a deck of cards as a powerful metaphor for the circumstances we're dealt in life. Through his personal journey of overcoming obstacles, breaking generational patterns, and discovering his purpose, John reveals that we don't have to change everything at once to create a better future. Sometimes, one decision, one bold move, or one changed card can transform the direction of our lives. You may not choose the hand you're dealt, but you can choose how you play it. John Criger is a certified life coach dedicated to helping people overcome obstacles, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives. Through compassionate listening and a direct, results-driven approach, he helps clients challenge limiting beliefs, understand their role in shaping their circumstances, and identify practical steps toward their goals. His coaching is built on trust, honesty, and the belief that everyone has the ability to transform their life.
