Shubham identifies three reasons talented candidates often go unnoticed: they learn to collect qualifications rather than demonstrate results, write applications for themselves rather than the person reading them, and hesitate to communicate their achievements. He shares a practical three-step approach: understand the employer's problem, prove you can solve it, and explain your value in the employer's language.
