「NHKから国民を守る党」の立花孝志党首をナタで切り付け殺害しようとした罪などに問われている男に東京地裁は懲役9年を言い渡しました。 　宮西詩音被告（32）は去年3月、東京・霞が関の路上で立花孝志党首をナタで切り付け殺害しようとした罪などに問われています。 　9日の裁判で、東京地裁は「一連の犯行は人を死亡させる可能性が高く、犯行態様は極めて悪質」と指摘しました。 　そのうえで、弁護側が指摘していた宮西被告の孤立した生活状況やASD＝自閉スペクトラム症の特性については殺意を持つに至った意思決定には影響していないとして、懲役12年の求刑に対し、懲役9年を言い渡しました。 　裁判の最後に裁判長は宮西被告に対して「限られた人との濃密な関係ではなく色々な幅の人と交流してみてください」と語り掛けました。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
