When officers arrived, they met with Changze Li (28, Buford) who let them into the apartment saying there was a burglary or robbery in progress. When officers entered the apartment, they heard glass breaking and a male suddenly appeared from a room bleeding from the hand. Changze Li was hiding in a room in the apartment when the arrest was made. He was charged Keeping a Place of Prostitution, Pimping, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Human Trafficking.
