In this talk the speaker tells his journey from a village in Kumble, where music first opened doors for him to a career that touches business, education and leadership. Through his experience as an artist, teacher the speaker shows how passion, perseverance, creativity and human connections can shape our lives in surprising ways. Born into a middle-class Indian family, Praveen embraced the philosophy of "earning while learning," supporting his education through perseverance and hard work. A gifted performing artist, he became an All India Radio (AIR) Tabla Artist at the age of 13 and went on to perform in more than 100 live stage programs alongside renowned musicians and television artists before the age of 20. A Gold Medalist and First Rank holder in Training & Development from ISTD, and recipient of the prestigious Young Manager Award at Wipro, he has consistently pursued excellence throughout his career. Demonstrating that learning has no age limit, he completed his Fellow Program in Management (FPM) after the age of 50. Today, he mentors entrepreneurs, startup founders, business leaders, and students and is deeply passionate about exploring the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Leadership, and Human Potential while learning from the curiosity and innovation of younger generations.
