The Ripple Effect is about how even the smallest actions, ideas, or voices can create waves of change that spread far beyond their starting point. Like a single drop of water that sends ripples across a whole lake, one conversation, one act of kindness, or one bold decision can inspire others, spark new perspectives, and gradually transform communities and the world around us. Captain Aman Johri, the Founder and CEO of an Aerospace and Defense firm based in Mumbai, works on developing next-generation unmanned technologies for the Indian Armed Forces.
