"Knowledge Beyond Boundaries" explores how breakthrough ideas emerge when we tear down the silos between disciplines, cultures, and traditional ways of thinking. The talk illustrates how bridging science, art, technology, and lived human experience fosters unexpected innovation and deeper empathy. Dr. Yogesh Narania is a Government Officer from Ajmer, Rajasthan, known for his record of qualifying the UGC-NET examination 18 times across 17 subjects. With over 30 academic degrees, he has demonstrated expertise in diverse fields, including Public Administration, Political Science, Management, Education and Philosophy.He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Management from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, and has served in the Rajasthan Accounts Service. He currently holds a senior role in the Directorate of Ayurveda, Government of Rajasthan. His journey reflects a commitment to lifelong learning and academic excellence.
