Aleph meeting audio, 19 hours obtained: Former senior official describes the 'second son' control

Fuji Television reports it has obtained 11 new audio files, about 19 hours in total, recording meetings of Aleph, the successor group to Aum Shinrikyo. The recordings reportedly include remarks by a person believed to be the second son of Shoko Asahara, whom public security authorities consider to lead the group's operations. The report also examines why Aleph has effectively stopped compensation payments to the victims' support organization since 2018. A former senior member who spent decades in the group's leadership speaks to the media for the first time.
