China's July-September GDP rises 4.5% as property investment keeps falling

China's National Bureau of Statistics reported that real GDP for July to September rose 4.5% from a year earlier, a slight recovery from the April-June period. Cumulative growth for January to September was 4.6%, within the government's annual target range of 4.5% to 5.0%. Property development investment fell 20.6%, and total fixed-asset investment dropped 7.2%. September retail sales grew 1.1%, slower than the previous year.

中国の今年7月から9月のGDP（国内総生産）は実質でプラス4.5％でした。成長率は政府の通年目標に届くペースとなっています。 　中国国家統計局によりますと、今年7月から9月のGDPは物価変動の影響を除いた実質で、前の年の同じ時期と比べプラス4.5％となり、4月から6月からわずかに持ち直しました。 　合わせて発表された1月から9月のGDPはプラス4.6％で、政府が通年で目標とする「4.5％から5.0％」の水準を保っています。 　1月から9月では輸出はプラス16.4％と過去最高だった前年を大幅に上回り、経済全体を支える構図が続いています。 　一方、不動産開発投資は20.6％のマイナスと厳しい状況が続いていて、インフラや設備投資を含めた固定資産投資全体もマイナス7.2％となりました。 　また、9月の小売売上高はプラス1.1％と伸び率が前年同月のプラス3.0％から縮小するなど個人消費も伸び悩んでいます。 　国家統計局の担当者は会見で、AI（人工知能）やロボット産業などを念頭に「新たな方向性の産業と、質の高い発展へ向かっているという特徴が顕著だ」とし、通年の目標達成に「確固たる支えがある」と自信を示しました。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
