国会では食料品の消費税率を来年4月から2年間に限り1％に引き下げる法案が20日、審議入りします。 　消費減税法案は今国会最大のテーマで、どこまで野党の賛成を取り付けられるかが焦点です。 自民党　萩生田幹事長代行 「各野党の皆さんも選挙中は消費減税を訴えていたわけですから、野党の皆さんのご意見も真摯に受け止めながら、合意できるものについては模索をしていきたい」 　法案は、食料品の消費税率を8％から1％に引き下げるとともに、1％相当を支援金として給付するもので、2年間でおよそ10兆円の財源が必要となります。 　野党側は「具体的な財源や給付の対象があいまいだ」と軒並み反対していて、国民民主党は住民税の減税と給付などで5万円程度、負担を軽減する対案を国会に提出しました。 　政府与党は、来月上旬にも衆議院を通過させ会期内に成立させるスケジュールを描きます。 　自民党幹部は少数与党の参議院での採決を見据えて、すでに賛成の方針を表明した日本保守党に加え「公明党も取り込みたい」と明かしていて、今後、支援金の額や対象範囲を巡る駆け引きが本格化します。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
