A juku cram school instructor, Tsubasa Takayama (32), has been arrested and sent to prosecutors on suspicion of indecent acts against a young elementary school boy in a restroom at a shopping center in Yoshioka, Gunma Prefecture. According to police, the suspect followed the boy and entered the same locked stall before locking it. Security camera footage and other reports indicate the two were inside the restroom together for about 13 minutes. The suspect has admitted to the charges, and police are investigating whether other offenses were committed.

群馬県吉岡町にある商業施設のトイレで男の子にわいせつな行為をしたなどとして塾講師の男が逮捕された事件で、男は男の子と13分間トイレにいたことが分かりました。 　塾講師の高山翼容疑者（32）は8月、吉岡町にある商業施設のトイレで、鍵を閉めた個室内に小学校低学年の男の子を監禁し、服を脱がせてスマートフォンで下腹部を撮影するなどした疑いが持たれています。 　警察によりますと、高山容疑者は男の子の後ろをつけ、鍵を閉める前に同じ個室へ入り込んで犯行に及んでいました。 　その後の取材で、防犯カメラの映像などから高山容疑者が男の子とおよそ13分間にわたりトイレの中にいたことが分かりました。 　高山容疑者は容疑を認めています。 　警察は余罪があるとみて捜査しています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
