The talk begins in the winter of 2015, when the speaker launched his first startup from an empty underground parking lot in Yongsan Electronics Market with no product. He co-founded the hardware accelerator N15 and grew it over about ten years, but later faced a split in direction with his team and left the company, returning to working alone. The talk looks at the setbacks behind those visible results and how he started moving forward again. Its central message is that nothing is over until a person decides it is.
