Man arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run; cyclist dies

In Fujiidera, Osaka Prefecture, a man riding a bicycle died after being hit by a car whose driver fled the scene. Police arrested Daisuke Matsushita, 42, a company employee from Yao, on suspicion of causing injury through negligent driving and other charges. 大阪府藤井寺市で、自転車に乗っていた男性が車にひき逃げされて死亡しました。警察は会社員の男を過失運転致傷などの疑いで逮捕しました。 　八尾市の会社員・松下大輔容疑者（42）は27日午前9時ごろ、藤井寺市内を車で走行中、車道を横切ろうとした自転車と接触し、そのまま逃げた疑いが持たれています。 　自転車に乗っていたのは60代の男性とみられ、搬送先の病院で死亡が確認されました。 　警察は防犯カメラの捜査などで松下容疑者を特定し、事件発生のおよそ13時間半後、勤務先にいたところを逮捕しました。 　調べに対し、黙秘しているということです。 　警察は詳しい経緯を調べています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
