Man stabs nine at South Korean shopping mall after meeting probation officer shortly before attack

A man stabbed several shoppers at a large shopping complex in Incheon, South Korea, on the 13th, wounding nine people in total. A woman in her twenties remains unconscious in critical condition. The 59-year-old man arrested was under electronic location monitoring due to an earlier attempted murder case. According to South Korea's Ministry of Justice, he had also met with a probation officer that morning and was checked on whether he had taken his psychiatric medication.
