Church shooting in Jordan: three gunmen open fire and flee, terror suspected

A shooting took place at a church in Karak, in central Jordan, during a funeral service. Seven people attending the service were killed and around 40 were injured and taken to hospital. Jordanian media reported that at least three men got out of a car and fired for five minutes before fleeing. Jordan's interior minister blamed an extremist group, and authorities are investigating the incident as a terrorist attack while the suspects remain at large.
