Kanto Weather: Rain and Lightning Risk on November 2, Typhoon No. 31 Watched

Weather in the Kanto region is expected to deteriorate on November 2 as a front passes. Rain will begin in the northern areas before noon, and rain clouds will move over the south from evening into night. Showers will be brief but may intensify quickly. Temperatures will differ between the north and south, with daytime highs in the north only slightly above 15°C. The report also covers Typhoon No. 31, currently near the Ogasawara area, which is expected to move north later in the week.

きょうから11月。現在の紅葉状況をみると平野部でも色づきの黄色が目立ちます。山から里へ紅葉も加速中です。紅葉にも重要な日差し、2日はいったんお休み、天気は下り坂となりそうです。 　朝はまだくもりですが前線通過とともに昼前に北部から降り始め、夕方から夜は南部を中心に雨雲がかかります。降る時間は短いもののざっと強まるタイプです。 　気温は南部と北部で体感が変わります。朝は内陸で一桁、北風が吹く北部では日中も15℃を少し超える程度、ひんやりです。反対に南風の南部は22℃前後で館山は25℃の予想です。 　そして、台風31号です。現在、小笠原の近海にあり、週後半に北上する予想です。速度のぶれで予報円は大きいですが影響は小笠原が中心です。動きが遅く長く続く高波に警戒して下さい。 　この先、短い周期で天気も気温も変わります。次の雨は5日で、まとまった雨になる見込みです。この雨を境に寒気がやってきます。次の土日は北部で一桁の冷え込みです。紅葉の色づきもさらに進みそうです。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
