Kasumi Arimura on tea ceremony and Japanese tea ambassador role

Actress Kasumi Arimura talked about taking tea ceremony lessons as a way to refresh herself. She said the setting, including the tea utensils, hanging scroll and flowers, conveys Japanese culture and the sense of the seasons, and that she enjoys the chance to clear her mind there. Actor Sho Aikawa, who was present, told her the practice suits her. Arimura was also named a Japanese tea GI supporter ambassador and spoke about Japanese tea alongside Aikawa and Shuwa Katsumata at the appointment ceremony.

有村架純が、習いごとでリフレッシュしていると明かした。茶道を習いに通っているといい、魅力について「無心になれるので、とっても好きなんですけど」と紹介。「お茶なんですけど、それにまつわってくる使うものだったり、茶器もそうですし、掛け軸とかお花とか、空間のすべてから日本の文化だったり情緒みたいなものを感じられて。季節さえも感じられて。それにすごく私は魅了されていて。その空間に飛び込むと、無心になって感じられる時間っていうのが好きで、行ける時に通わせてもらっていますね」と明かした。さらに、隣で聞いていた共演者の俳優・哀川翔から「似合いますね！」と伝えられた有村は、照れくさそうにしていた。 そんな有村は、 日本茶の魅力を幅広い世代へ届ける「日本茶 GI応援アンバサダー」に就任。日本茶GI推進委員会主催「日本茶の未来をつくる発表会－日本茶を、世界へ。未来へ。－」アンバサダー委嘱式に登場すると、現在「鹿児島お茶大使」を務める哀川や「ふじのくに観光大使」「静岡市ふるさと納税応援大使」を務め、地域の魅力を発信しているタレントの勝俣州和との3人で、日本茶のおいしさや魅力を語り合った。有村は、アンバサダー就任について「（日本茶を）お客様に提供するように、同時に思いやる心みたいなものも伝えていけたらうれしいなって思います」と意欲を見せた。 ※この映像にはナレーションはありません。ご了承ください。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
