Kyoto City Bus Leaves Sleeping Passenger On Board, Driver Unaware

A Kyoto city bus arriving at its terminus left a female passenger asleep on board and drove to the depot without a full check. The incident took place on the night of the 13th. The 49-year-old driver believed no passengers remained, so he did not carry out the required interior inspection. He noticed the woman at a red light on the way to the depot.
