Former SoftBank player sentenced to 16 years for sexual assault of 10 women, Yokohama District Court

10人の女性に対する不同意わいせつ致傷などの罪に問われた元プロ野球選手の男の裁判で、横浜地裁は懲役16年の判決を言い渡しました。 　福岡ソフトバンクホークスの元選手・美嶋隼人被告（44）は、2020年と2025年に横浜市内で10代から20代の女性合わせて10人にわいせつな行為や暴行をしたとして不同意わいせつ致傷などの罪に問われています。 　横浜地裁は今月22日の判決で「被告は個人的なストレスを犯行の原因として挙げているが、身勝手な欲求によるもので、酌むべき事情はない」と指摘しました。 　そのうえで、「多くの被害者は厳罰を求めている」「いずれも通り掛かりで見ず知らずの若い女性に対するもので、被害結果は将来に与える影響も含め重大である」として、懲役16年の判決を言い渡しました。 　これまでの裁判で美嶋被告は起訴内容を一部否認していました。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
