遺体が見つかっていない妻に対する傷害致死の罪などに問われた男に、求刑を上回る懲役12年6カ月の判決が言い渡されました。 　起訴状などによりますと黒木佳史被告（36）はおととし、大阪市内の自宅で妻のいずみさん（当時52）に暴行を加え死亡させ、知人と共謀して遺体を遺棄した罪などに問われています。 　黒木被告は黙秘を続け、弁護側は無罪を主張していました。 　大阪地裁は判決で、近所の住民の証言や室内の血痕などから犯行は「認められる」と判断しました。 　そのうえで「反省の態度は皆無」などと指摘し、傷害致死と死体遺棄について、懲役12年の求刑を上回る懲役12年6カ月を言い渡しました。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
