Former representative arrested over ¥175 million loss in pachinko device development

A 63-year-old former representative director of the general incorporated association Electronic Authentication System Council has been arrested. He is suspected of having the organization pay invoices that included fictitious consulting fees for pachinko device development work, causing a loss of about 175 million yen. Investigators believe similar transfers totaling several hundred million yen may also have taken place.

自らが代表理事を務めていた法人に架空のコンサル料分を加算した代金を振り込ませ、およそ1億7500万円の損害を与えたとして63歳の男が逮捕されました。 　一般社団法人「電子認証システム協議会」の元代表理事・越野友春容疑者（63）は2022年以降、パチンコ機器の開発業務を巡り、法人におよそ1億7500万円の損害を与えた疑いが持たれています。 　捜査関係者によりますと、「電子認証システム協議会」はパチンコ台のシステム専用機器の開発などを外部発注していて、越野容疑者は取引先に架空のコンサル料分を加算した代金を振り込ませていました。 　代金は複数の取引先を経由し、最終的には越野容疑者が経営する会社に振り込まれるよう指示していたということです。 　不正に得た金で複数の不動産を購入したほか、クラブの従業員に貢いだり、高級ブランド品を買ったりしていたとみられています。 　クレジットカードの1カ月分の支払いが2000万円を超えることもあったということです。 　警視庁は、越野容疑者が同様の手口で合わせて数億円ほどを振り込ませていたとみて調べています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
