Companies respond to PHP vulnerability as HIS pauses online bookings

Companies are responding to a newly identified vulnerability in the PHP programming language. Travel firm HIS paused online bookings for domestic and overseas trips, along with online payments, and restored them on the 22nd after repair work. Restaurant chain Zensho also suspended use of its apps, and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank paused parts of its internet services for emergency maintenance.

プログラミング言語「PHP」の脆弱（ぜいじゃく）性が判明したことを受け、旅行大手のHISが国内外のツアーなどのオンライン予約を一時停止するなど、企業は対応に追われています。 　HISは「PHP」の脆弱性に対応するため、21日午後11時ごろから国内と海外の旅行のオンライン予約を停止していました。 　クレジットカードによる旅行代金などのオンライン決済も合わせて停止していましたが、修正作業を進めた結果、22日に復旧したということです。 　企業の間ではPHPの脆弱性に対応するため影響が広がっています。 　外食大手のゼンショーは、21日の夜から「すき家」や「はま寿司」などのアプリ利用を停止していて復旧のめどは立っていません。 　また、三菱UFJ銀行は「臨時メンテナンス」のためとしてインターネットサービスの一部を停止しています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
