Princess Aiko visits Musashino Imperial Mausoleum and reports on Singapore trip (30 October 2026)

Princess Aiko visited the Musashino Imperial Mausoleum, where Emperor Showa is buried, and the Musashino East Mausoleum, where Empress Kojun is interred, at around 3 p.m. on the 30th. She also reported on her upcoming visit to Singapore in November. The five-day trip begins on November 17, and details of the itinerary are still being arranged. Courtesy calls on the President and a dinner hosted by the President are expected, marking 60 years of diplomatic relations.

天皇皇后両陛下の長女・愛子さまが、11月のシンガポール訪問を前に昭和天皇が埋葬されている武蔵野陵を参拝されました。 　愛子さまは30日午後3時ごろ、「武蔵野陵」と香淳皇后が埋葬されている「武蔵野東陵」を参拝し、シンガポールを訪問することを報告されました。 　愛子さまの訪問は11月17日から5日間の日程で、詳しい行き先などは調整中ですが、大統領への表敬や大統領主催の食事会などに出席される予定です。 　今年は外交関係樹立60周年の節目で、大統領から愛子さまに招待があったということです。 　側近によりますと、愛子さまはシンガポール訪問に向けて文化や歴史についてのご進講を受けるなどされているということです。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
