Golf caddie seriously injured after being hit by golf cart in Iruma, Saitama (November 3, 2026)

A 35-year-old female caddie was seriously injured after being struck by a golf cart at a golf course in Iruma, Saitama Prefecture. According to police, the incident was reported to emergency services at about 10 a.m. on November 3 by a staff member, who said she was bleeding from the head. Police say the caddie was walking the course with four players when a male player driving a cart struck her from behind. She was taken to hospital, and police are investigating the circumstances.

埼玉県入間市のゴルフ場でキャディの女性（35）がゴルフカートにひかれて重傷です。 　3日午前10時ごろ、入間市小谷田のゴルフ場で「女性がゴルフカートにひかれて頭部から出血した」と従業員から119番通報がありました。 　警察によりますと、キャディの女性は4人のプレーヤーと一緒にコースを回っていたところ、プレーヤーの1人の男性が運転していたゴルフカートに後ろからひかれたということです。 　女性は病院に搬送されましたが、頭をけがするなど重傷です。 　警察が当時の状況を詳しく調べています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
