Truck and car collide near Tokyo shopping street, four injured in Shinagawa

A truck turning right and a car going straight collided at an intersection in Nishinakanobu, Shinagawa, Tokyo, near busy shopping streets. The car then hit a utility pole. Two pedestrians caught up in the incident and two people in the car were injured, four in total. Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.

週末ににぎわう東京・品川区の商店街近くで事故があり、巻き込まれた歩行者ら4人がけがをしました。 　8日午後1時ごろ、品川区西中延の交差点で、「トラックと乗用車の事故」と通報がありました。 　警視庁によりますと、交差点を右折しようとしたトラックと直進していた乗用車が接触し、乗用車が電柱に衝突しました。 　その際に巻き込まれた歩行者2人と乗用車に乗っていた2人がけがをしたということです。 　近くには戸越銀座商店街や武蔵小山商店街があり、警察が当時の詳しい状況を調べています。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
