Possible personal data leak from lost Shizuoka parking ticket forms

Shizuoka City announced that lost parking ticket loss-report forms for the underground parking lot at Shizuoka Station may have exposed personal information. On the 23rd, a man who identified himself as Saito called the contractor managing the lot, claiming to have found about 300 forms and demanding money. The city found that loss and reissue forms were missing from two organizations. The information that may have leaked includes addresses, phone numbers and driver's license numbers, and the matter is being discussed with police.

静岡市は、静岡駅地下駐車場の「駐車券紛失届」を紛失し、個人情報が漏洩（ろうえい）した恐れがあると発表しました。 　23日に市が管理を委託する業者に、紛失届およそ300枚を拾ったという「サイトウ」と名乗る男性から電話がありました。 　男性は「1枚いくらで買うんだ」と金銭を要求し、2人分の個人情報を読み上げたほか個人情報を拡散するなどと話したということです。 　その後、市が保管状況を調べると、2つの機関で「駐車券紛失届兼再発行届」が紛失していました。 　漏洩した個人情報は住所や電話番号、運転免許証の番号などで警察に対応を相談中だということです。 （「グッド！モーニング」2026年10月27日放送分より） [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
