Starlink speed limits not lifted, Zelensky says service has not returned to normal

Ukrainian President Zelensky said that speed limits still apply to Starlink satellite communications that SpaceX provides to the Ukrainian military, and speeds have not recovered. US President Trump had said on the 22nd that Elon Musk had reversed the restriction. Zelensky also said deliveries of interceptor missiles that were planned for Ukraine are behind schedule.
