Tesla unveils a 'flying car'

US electric vehicle maker Tesla has unveiled a 'flying car' announced by CEO Elon Musk. The company says it was co-developed with SpaceX, another company led by Musk. The footage shows the car climbing a steep wall, turning over in the air, and flying for several seconds using gas jets before landing. Musk stressed that the vehicle has an ultra-high-pressure air tank that refills automatically.

アメリカの電気自動車大手テスラが「空飛ぶ車」を発表しました。 　傾斜の強い壁を登り切った車が空中で反転。気体を噴射し、数秒間飛んだ後、着地しました。 　テスラのイーロン・マスクCEOは15日、同じくマスク氏が率いるスペースX社と共同開発した「空飛ぶ車」を発表しました。 　マスク氏は「この車は、超高圧の『エアタンク』を備えていて、自動で空気を充填する」と強調しました。 　また、テスラによりますと、今のところこの「空飛ぶ車」は公道では走れないということで、現段階では販売する予定はないということです。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
