Description from TEDx Talks

The Ripple Effect is about how even the smallest actions, ideas, or voices can create waves of change that spread far beyond their starting point. Like a single drop of water that sends ripples across a whole lake, one conversation, one act of kindness, or one bold decision can inspire others, spark new perspectives, and gradually transform communities and the world around us. Captain Aman Johri, the Founder and CEO of an Aerospace and Defense firm based in Mumbai, works on developing next-generation unmanned technologies for the Indian Armed Forces. An astronautics engineer and rescue helicopter pilot, Captain Aman also serves with the Government of India on matters of aerospace defence and national security. Currently training as an analog astronaut, he is on track to become one of the youngest Indians to go to space. Beyond the cockpit and the lab, he is a renowned TEDx speaker, a trained hostage rescue and tactical crisis negotiator, and the youngest lifetime member of the Rotary Wing Society of India. His work has been recognized with multiple national and international honours, and he has represented India at global forums including the United Nations Headquarters in New York. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
