The presidents of Finland and the prime minister of Norway held a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Ukrainian peace efforts. According to the Finnish Presidential Office, the call took place on the 27th at the initiative of Finnish President Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Støre, and the sides exchanged views on ending the invasion ahead of planned peace talks next month between Russia, Ukraine and the United States.
