Until the age of 19, Valentin Comănoaia worked toward his parents' dream, until a failed entrance exam for the Police Academy became a turning point that freed him from others' expectations. The talk asks the question “What do I want?” and explores how setbacks can push people to build their own path rather than close it. It also looks at education's role in turning mistakes into responsibility and developing capable leaders. Comănoaia is the founder and president of EGOAL, an association focused on education and athlete development.

Până la 19 ani a muncit pentru visul părinților, dar un eșec la examenul de la Academia de Poliție s-a transformat în cel mai mare câștig: momentul de cotitură care l-a eliberat de așteptările celor din jur. O poveste despre curajul de a-ți pune întrebarea „Eu ce vreau?” și despre cum eșecurile nu îți închid drumul, ci te forțează să ți-l construiești pe al tău.
